2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the service;
- scrape, reverse engineer or resell the service except as allowed by law or by us in writing;
- use the service to send spam or to store or share unlawful, abusive or harmful content;
- exceed fair-use or plan limits in a way that harms other users.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add to your workspace. You give us a limited licence to host, process and display it only as needed to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to it.
5. Our intellectual property
The service, including software, design, logos and the Apptivly name, belongs to Techsolace and its licensors. These Terms give you no ownership of it.
6. Plans, fees and payment
Some features are paid. Prices, billing periods and plan limits are shown at the time you subscribe. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude applicable taxes such as GST, which you agree to pay. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy at /refund-policy.
7. Third-party services
Integrations such as Google Calendar and GitHub are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services. When you connect Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), GitHub or similar services, you must also follow their terms and developer policies, and you can disconnect them at any time. How we handle data from these services is described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service or delete your account and data at any time (see /data-deletion). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or fail to pay, and we will give notice where practical. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.
