Data & Account Deletion

Sign in at https://app.apptivly.in/, open your account settings and choose the delete account option. Owners can also delete a workspace they own. Deleting stops access immediately and starts permanent erasure of the data described below.

Use the form below, or email contact@techsolace.in from the address on your account with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us the account email and what you want deleted. We confirm your identity by replying to the account email, then delete the data.

• Google: disconnect Google in Apptivly settings, and remove access in your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Then request deletion of Google-sourced data using the form below if you want stored copies erased.
• Facebook / Instagram: in Facebook go to Settings & privacy, Settings, Apps and Websites, select Apptivly and choose Remove. This revokes access. Then submit the form below to have data we received from Facebook or Instagram deleted. This page serves as the data deletion instructions URL for Meta.
• GitHub: revoke Apptivly in GitHub under Settings, Applications, Authorized OAuth Apps. Then submit the form below to have stored GitHub data deleted.

• Your profile, sign-in credentials, passkeys and two-step verification settings.
• Content you created or uploaded: tasks, documents, notes, chat messages, files and attendance records. Content in a shared workspace that belongs to your team may remain for the team, with your personal identifiers removed, unless the workspace itself is deleted.
• Tokens and data received from connected services (Google, Facebook, Instagram, GitHub, and others).
• Support correspondence linked to your account, unless we must keep it as described below.

We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your request. Encrypted backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule, normally within a further 35 days. You will receive an email when deletion is complete.

We keep only what law requires or what is needed to prevent fraud and resolve disputes, such as invoices and tax records, security logs and records of this deletion request. This data is kept for the legally required period and then deleted.
